Bot lane snowballing out of control

Can we add more resistances to the botlane tower? Usually it's always the first one to go and first blood tower gold is insane especially considering how cheap crit items are right now. Once an adc gets going with the amount of shields and heals there are in the game right now they will legit do whatever the fuck they want and just shrug it off cuz Janna/lulu/soraka happened to be there, heck even tank supports can almost double their adcs hp bar in shields which is bs.
