Riven has no mana. Low cooldowns. Ridiculous movement.

Needs nerf. Either add mana or higher cooldowns.

It doesn't make sense that a champ can spam their buttons all day yet has no downsides...

CC, she has to fully commit to do anything.

Requires her 3rd Q to really beat anyone.

No proper way to engage. Often needs flash to catch someone.

Very predictable.
