Microsoft 10 Causing tons of lag?

I downloaded Microsoft 10 the night of the Chicago server change. My ping dropped 60 and is now 32, but my fps dropped from 119 to 5-8. League worked perfectly before I downloaded Microsoft 10 or the server change. I had windows 7. Whats the problem?

why would you be using microsoft 10 when 7 is still supported by microsoft
