Anyone have any tips for raising mmr? Im stuck in silver

Hi guys Ive been playing in s2 and now Ive come back, but I cant seem to raise my mmr. It has become very boring for me to play against very bad people, it is no fun at all. Lately almost every game I basicaly free farm and have like 4-5 kills in lane so I get huge by 20 mins but it doesnt matter cuz always the team with the guy who does nothing loses.... Ive played like 400 games already and havent budged an inch... I even abandoned my adc role after I lot a few times having 10/0/0 + and lost to try and raise my mmr I know how to teamfight, I know how to dodge and hit skillshots, I know wave dynamics, I always help my team so am I missing something out?
