Fps drops in game

Hi I have a gaming laptop with GTX 1660 6gb and so on. I have always played with 220-250 fps. While im in game my fps drops to 5 and the back again to 250.

Someone who can help?

5? That's brutal lol. I had them drop to about 55 max.
