Remove sheen proc but keep slow utility on IBG

A lot of thoughts about how broken IBG is.... I'm not guna lie... I think it does too much dmg in all honesty... I play a lot of Eve and Blitz.... So I have a fair share of games playing sheen items. I'm not qualified to give balance advice, but isn't the purpose of IBG is to give utility/defense?

Wouldn't removing the sheen proc dmg but keeping the slow proc be a viable option for keeping the spirit of the item intact while removing a major threat to balancing issues?

I want IBG to have the slow over anything IMO... I need it for blitz/malph for the utility.... Thoughts?

No.I need one damaged item and IBG fill that for tanks. There is a sheen item for ever one. IBG for heave fighter/tanks, Lich Bane for mages and Trinity force for ADC and more lighter fighters. All so I will find it pretty dumb for all sheen to boost you AA after using a spell beside one.

If you were to remove the Sheen Proc, then you have to change its build path and remove Sheen entirely out of it. That, I can guarantee to you, is certainly not going to happen.

ps. there are IBG nerfs on the current PBE cycle, if you ever bothered about such things. Maybe you should check your information before making such posts. (Just to make it easier for you: nerf says that bonus dmg is reduced from 125% base AD to 100% base AD)
