The Absence of CDR On New Tank Jungle Item [Poor Sej]
Having Sej as my main toon it's scary having the possibility of even more CDR taken away from her (no more ancient golem, so -10%) in addition to last season, which moved CDR in the support tree, allowing maximum 1.25% of the CDR in offense tree if you wanted to reach the health masteries in the tank tree.
In order for Sejuani to have a relatively seamless rotation of her W (which is all her damage) she needed ~37% CDR. Moving the CDR further into the support tree forced only being able to get 1.25% CDR in Sorcery of the offense tree that's -4%. Leaving me with 33.75% having 9 CDR glyphs (7.5%), going 3/4 into the support tree (5%), and taking the 1.25% from the offense tree. Then building Ancient Golem and Iceborn Gauntlet. (20%) That shift wasn't TOO bad. I definitely felt the difference but I could still play effectively.
With the new jungle items, the tank variation no longer has 10% CDR on it. Leaving me with 23.75% CDR. And honestly I'm not willing to give up my armor Seals / Marks to get the crummy versions of the Glyphs. And my MS Quints help with ganking especially early in the game. Sej can't afford to lose the early game defense.
On top of that, the only thing your team appreciates you for (your ultimate) is available even less frequently.
I really hope they look at Sej's numbers and/or add CDR back to the tank jungle item.
