Troll deterrent/avoidance in Champion select

Hi riot, I have a suggestion with champion select in ranked. There are many times I have immediate trolls in champ select who are aggressive and/or saying they are going to feed and then proceed to destroy the game. I was hoping there could be a reporting system in champ select and to abandon the game so the troll can be avoided before the game starts. Many times I get queue times for dodging games such as this. Why should players be punished for avoiding trolled games. This would be a huge deterrent for players to troll the game before the game even starts. There could be a player voting system at the end of champ draft if the players want to avoid the game and report the player that is trolling. Thank you for your time riot and hope this is helpful.

It won't happen. Premades would abuse this kind of system. Duos and the like would bully players into giving up their roles/champs under threat of being kicked and penalized for nothing. Other players would demand that people take certain spells or play certain champs or ban certain champ under the same threat.

Top won't take TP over ignite? kick. Top won't tank? Kick. Jungle won't tank? Kick. Mid isn't AP? Kick. Our support took ignite over exhaust? Kick. No one banned "insert champ here"? Kick.

They could use a system like /remake. Have a premade's vote only be counted as one. Either have just the group leader's vote count, or use a group majority to decide how the group votes (even votes within a group counts as no vote).

Support taking ignite is fine on some champs, and even against some teamcomps.

The leader system was implemented in Team Builder. It was an enjoyable mode of casual play, but it isn't something that should be incorporated in ranked. It proved beyond a doubt that any time players are allowed to manipulate team composition in their favor, they will abuse it regardless if player picks are legitimate. I was guilty of this practice and am not above anyone else in that regard.

Probably true. However, in solo/duo queue, it may be possible to figure out a way to keep it from being abused, since no party would have complete dominance over the choice.

Ok i completely understand those issues. However, what about the vote to abort the game. It would take 4 or more votes like a surrender therefore duos or trios could not bully other players. Take away the reporting system, but still if the majority of the team wishes to dodge this game for one player I think that it is reasonable for players to initiate a vote to dodge.
