Annie buff?
Annie has good AP ratios and moderate to high(on build) mid and late game damage along with stun but still is extremely prone to ganks because of low ability range? Should it be buffed a bit? Please let me know your thoughts.

Why be aggressive when you can out scale anything mid game with good farm,
"unless it is a easy kill" Dont bother being aggressive and if you are pushed, go roam

Don't listen to people who say you should harass. No! You don't. 2 dorans rings and a codex can 100-0 on certain champs after 6. Why harass when you are going to delete them. FARM! is everyhting
