Taliyah's Rework Ideas

I think riot should change Taliyah's passive into an ult passive because the passive and ult are similiar enough to be in the same spell. The new passive should be when she's on ground (brush or river) her basic attacks do extra magic damage and scales on 75% ap and scales flat damage with level.
