Norms is harder than Ranked

I feel like people try harder in norms than they do in ranked, and it's frustrating because I try to learn new things in norms and I end up being placed against fucking diamond players every game that just try to make the game hell for me. It's like Riot wants me to learn stuff in ranked instead of norms... look at my op.gg
