shaco is so over powered right now!

WHY in the world is it fair that Shaco can just do what ever he wants at level 3, he goes invisible in milliseconds compared to another invisible champ like twitch who takes a few seconds to go invisible, Shaco will out damage a twitch with equal items easily, i do not understand how he is able to have such small cool downs late game, he can go invisible and teleport away and then reactivate stealth and come back in and drop any carry from 100-0 in 1 hit. I just can't seem to grasp how that is even close to balanced. A lot of champions are being targeted especially recently with the removal of DFG so why can't these explosive champions be fixed? Also the whole drop a pink ward is invalid, because once Shaco is in a bush the pink no longer works, as if you were fighting in the middle of mid lane, he can walk to cross bushes, and eliminate the vision of the pink. I would just like to maybe see him looked at and possibly fixed, or slightly altered, even if his invisible was changed to the length of twitches it would greatly improve others gameplay
