Upcoming changes don't seem so bad

So, I see that most people do not like the upcoming changes. Yes, a lot of items are getting nerfed, but I think this a step towards a more healthy gameplay.

  • This game is supposed to be about strategy, fast thinking, and team coordination; it is not about "power, wealth, and b***es".

  • We need a game where strategic plays and effort of 5 champions wins a teamfight; not a game where one champ can take out several others without a single ally supporting him.

  • We need a game where an engagement doesn't last only 0.5 seconds.

Nerfing power and bringing in situational tools is a good thing for the game, granted those tools aren't packed with more power. The new hextech items are a good example. It's like an overloaded Force Staff from DOTA 2. While I do not like the extra power it gives, the active is a really interesting tool (imagine if you could use it on ANY target...).

Some might say that more mobility is hurting the game, and they maybe right. However, there are ways to invent new counters; giving more power to bust up champs isn't the best solution.
