WTF is going on in Ranked

I have had 4 games today where we should have won, but 2 people decide to run around lanes and jungle to kill creeps. When we finally lose since its a 3 v 5 those 2 trolls end up getting S rating because of creep score. Has this been happening to anyone else? And is Riot aware of this?
