HIgh ping in game?

Hello there folks. Every time there's a new patch, my ping in-game seems to go very high from 200-700! I check my connection before playing and it's around 50 ms and when I join custom games it's around 60. I tried uninstalling but that didn't do anything!! What can I do to fix it?
