I feel you,but what about the adcs?
ADCs were still strong, they just weren't in the solo, hyper carry category. They were utility based. Thats why in the Pro games you'd see teams picking Jhin and using his ult to open up team fights for the slow effective and his snare W. Or Varus for his chain lockdown. People just think its imbalanced because Vayne cant currently 1v5 teams like she use to in seasons past and so on.
