Champion Constellation in Public Aram sucks

Hello

I dont want to start a Cry Thread, but am i the only one who gets very frustrating Team comps in Public Aram since a few Days?

Can Riot adjust the Champs you get a bit to avoid unfair Teams, so only Skill depends?
