Brutalizer Needs Help

Simple thought here - Brutalizer is an excellent early game item on many ad/bruiser champions, however I feel like it needs more than one build path (Warrior's Jungle item excluded).

Example: As someone who loves Renekton top, the item 3134 is an excellent buy, but item 3142 is not what I want on Renekton and is quite underwhelming. Renektons do not build crit, but armor shred, which is why item 3071 was so good. But without that early pen and good stats, building a first item cleaver on Renekton is stupid when you need to stack resistances. If I make it to super late game with full build - I sell Brutalizer/YG for BC. Wishing I had something more effective before then.

TLDR: Make more build paths out of Brutalizer.

The problem I realize with item 3134 is that it is so much of a whole kit per se that building an item out of it is almost impossible without making it OP or kinda situational (item 3142 let's be serious, this thing is built sometimes, but it's not popular) they better remove the armor pen or the CD but not both tho, this way they could create more buildpaths and give the lost power early back on the final item.

Problem with this is that you would maybe not be able to snowball in lane with brutalizer anymore, and also, if they change the item price there is no more 1337g items which would be sad
