I was playing a game with irealia and she stuned me when I had 830 health and she had 1235 health..... I checked her abilities and it said if I have higher health I get slowed but I didn't-_-

Embertine14 votesIt is based on a higher percentage health. You could have only 100 max health and she could have 5k max health, but if she is at a lower percentage, then she can stun you. Like if you were both undamaged and you hit her with one auto attack, then since you are not damaged but she is, she can stun you instead of slowing.
So unless she was actually at a higher percentage health than you, it was not a bug or glitch.
