Will there ever be a "No Jungle" Meta?

What i mean is, would there ever be a meta where you could have two teams like this playing against each other, and the ladder actually wins?

blue: TOP MID BOT JUNG

red: TOP MID BOT

I mean.. What im saying is...

Could we ever have a meta, where we dont NEED a jungler, and can get a support in top or mid lane, that can roam to either of the other lanes, and use their cc/heals/disrupts to at least push the enemy and force an interaction like a jungler would, but would still have a lane presense in the other lanes to push hard into a tower?

I mean yah, this would open up the jungle for the enemies jungler, but at what cost? Leaving one lane 1v2 while he gets out pushed and takes alot of early turret damage?

Whats your guys thoughts?

Cutting your team off from one of the 4 biggest resources will always put your team at a massive disadavantage

No. the solo top laner and jungler is going to get significantly ahead in level, and you'll have no smite, so controlling buffs will be pretty much impossible.

What you see in tournament play sometimes are the junglers rushing to shove a lane really early on in order to get an early map pressure advantage. A jungler can still focus on a particular lane, effectively being a support in a sense, however having two dedicated supports to a lane cuts down severely on the overall, dynamic pressure that a jungler offers.

Some champions may be able to survive simply by playing underneath the turret, and their jungler can still coordinate a play to take advantage of the other teams lack of one.

Only if they nerf the jungle by removing all the camps.

There was briefly almost a duo top meta when relic shield was first introduced and also was super busted, the gold generation was a tossup for the extra gold. Tbh it wasnt all that good but it was something people were seriously considering, it got nipped real quick with nerfs to the item.

What about a solo bot then, with the support going mid or top? I mean i understand the ADC is weak and needs to be protected.

But if you had a strong "mid" who went bot who could wave clear and hold bot just fine, with an ADC mid like Ezreal who can disengage when needed, while having either the support stay bot, top, or even as a second jungler whos sole purpose is invading?

I mean, you'll be losing gold if you don't have a jungler. Maybe you could just have the laners take the buffs and get enough gold, but it seems unlikely. The other thing is you need to have someone roaming, so maybe with Shen TwistedFate and others who can roam well. But even then it's an incredibly hard fight for the no jungle team.
