Many champions are OP (Over powered) and UP (under powered) These are what I think in my view since I see them in game-play: Good early heals, useful passive, crazy amazing laning phrase/jungle . Hes not too powerful neither under power, I would give him op rate, but I still think he deserve nerf and a mini buff. I don't see anyone lately using aatrox other W passive, his absolutely perfect in this meta. The nerf she got looks like a buff for some people and nerf, I'm in the Nerf section because even though she disable opponents dash ability, that pretty broken if you are champion like leblanc aatrox? etc.... But on the other hand the charm nerf will effect at end of the dash, so no matter where you go you coming back honey..... at least she wont disable your spell. She has not too bad laning face, nice poke& nice trades but when shes ganked and doesn't have enough spells to stop gank probrably dead already, in team fights she move like speed of fox, wave clear is kind of nice. I would give her OP rating. Koreans comes up with amazing builds such as .............. Tank akali? (I have no idea xD) Tank akali toplane is strong build, shes other version of fiora but more ninja type of tank (If you act in bedroom alone you ninja like me). W is good to escape deaths it can also trick opponents. Her wave clear is not too strong, weak without good items in early game. His ultimate is powerful one of the most strongest ultimate, if you bring entire league champions and they do dmg to him, he should say "This tickles ahri... stop" Because this is how ridiculous is the ability xD. Not too strong but tanky power ful mage, easy stun escape easy farming easy wave clear , no skillshots (Tibers not skillshot) But w is short range I dont think it is skillshot. Shes not too strong or weak so I would give her AVERAGE.

Still needs buff in laning phrase and team fights, needs good escapes, Shes underpowered now but later over powered.

There is literally not alot to say about chicken who can control sand, powerful gameplay.
