kamikaze Valor

I've played a lot of quinn and her ult is unorthodox to say the least. She gains attack and move speed but loses her burst essentially becoming a weaker melee version of herself. Don't get me wrong, her ult has many uses, but attacking an opponent from anything high then 50% health just seems pointless, unless super feed of course. So I think quinn needs a buff. I'm not saying she needs more ad, but I do think her ult needs some tweaking. one idea for an ult tweak is when quinn changes to valor her w could be a spell shield or a speed boost instead of vision. The ult might make more sense because valor isn't in the sky to give that vision. Just some silver thoughts.
