Be able to take ability back points placed before 20 minutes

I am sure everyone has done it once before. Placed a point into a spell at base. I have done it many times, and that is why I am proposing something new for Riot to add. If you point in a spell before 20 seconds into the game, you should be allowed to undo that, and be able to point into another spell. I can see no cons to this idea, as before 20 seconds you do not come into contact with the enemy team, minions, turrets, or monsters; changing it would make no impact on the game, other than undoing a mistake.

on the vast majority of champions, you shouldn't be placing your first point until you actually need a skill

Thats exactly true, but there are still a lot of people out there who still point right away (Bronze and Silver take up for most of the community), and by adding this what would it hurt?

Besides champions such as Nasus or Gangplank, you should not put a point into an ability until you get to lane and the minions meet. You never know if you might need that Shen taunt or Corki Valkyrie to escape an invade.

i occationally put the a point into a wrong skill when i find out i had my fingers on the wrong keys but the reason im gonna say no is because of the community they need/want too much hand holding and bearly want to work for anything and think about anything. they expect to see a win and automatically do what they saw and there are a few of them on almost every team so there are more than likely one of them on both sides when a person on each side has a garenteed win what happens. nothing cause there is no such thing as a garenteed win in pvp games you have to work for your win every game against others who are working for the same thing when you win easy wins you play game with out people and against computers where you can learn and counter stratigies largely with out fail

I have no idea what you are talking about. But from what I can pick up, I don't think you understand what I am proposing. I am saying that you should be able to take back a point BEFORE 20 seconds in the game. I don't know how that affects winning/losing/counters/learning/etc. Its literally just to undo a mistake.

Negative? Why would this addition make people negative? Lazy, hm. In what way would this addition make people lazy, its only for the first 20 seconds of the game, so it has no impact on the game other than to reverse a dumb mistake
