Kled is very strong champion but very weak at late specialy aginst strong late game champion like Nasus and Cho but also in earily game there are many champions that also strong aginst Kled like Riven and Yorick kled alone cant carry the whole team he is to weak for like kayle after lvl 11 and many other strong champions that so i think to increase a bit his defence grow and decrease a bit his eairly defence but at lvl 18 his defence will be stronger then its original defence

Kled can't have any increased armor or MR because he has the highest health in the game by 115 - 484 compared to the next runner-up. Nevermind the fact it's 200 - 900 more than most champions. And already has 35 base armor, which is relatively high.

What he should get, though, is his W turned into an active instead of a passive, so he isn't forced to blow it trying to farm and can instead actually use it when he wants to.

I disagree with most of your points. Kled is actually very good against Riven and Yorick if you understand how to play the lane. He can duel very well early on and doesn't really need any buffs. I personally thing his late is good because he can pretty much 1v1 any other play in the game if he sticks on them.

Kled's early is way too strong, since he has at minimum 140 health more than any opponent and relatively high armor to go with it.

And you're a little off. The fact that he can only 1v1 late game is exactly why he falls off. The fact even his ultimate is so focused on only one enemy is the reason he's nearly worthless in a teamfight.

Trust me, the whole point I one trick the champion is for his ultimate. It's really easy to get picks and make the first move in a teamfight with it. Getting to the ADC is really easy with E in a teamfight and even if I dismount, there'll be a chance i can live through the fight and kill off most of the enemies.

Edit: I also pretty much only play him because his kit fits my playstyle pretty much perfectly. Get kills early on, then snowball out of control.

I tend not to trust anecdotal evidence.

I am also pretty much a Kled one trick and I agree with his statement wholeheartedly. His ult lets him make that first move in a teamfight and it's really easy to get to ADCs. A Kled who gets fed is sure to make the others wound up dead. It's when he's behind that he tends to struggle a bit. That's when the points about one of his bad matchups being Riven comes in. That matchup is very skill dependent, and whoever dies first pretty much loses lane.
