Why not trade first pick/lastpcik

With lower level accounts, every player probably not own every champ, or if a new champ was just released. Another thing might be if you want to get a counter pick, or a one trick their champ. If you could just swap the pick order like you can champions, then it would not be anything. It's not that hard of a fix.
