Waiting in queue forever

first of all I want to say I love riots new draft mode. But it sometimes has the same problem as team builder has, it takes forever to find a game. And the main reason for that is bc it takes forever to find a support. So riot you can solve this with simply making summoners want play support, with rewarding them, for playing support . You could for example give them extra ip. So pls atleast consider this.
