who's playable after this update?
I feel like mostly everyone I use to use got nerfed.. who is considered op or in the meta? any lane?

Likely tanks are the best candidate for usage. Overall since they get new masteries to help survive burst damage. Overall the other class that is likely still strong are burst mages /tanks. Assassins may vary. Bruisers again may vary.
As far as I can tell out of the assassins that've been touched, rengar and talon are the stand outs that might be on the OP side. Perhaps a bit early to say though, others might get scary once people master them, and/or reng/talon might be less scary once people learn to play against them.
Adc's that thrived on arm pen builds maybe aren't as good anymore, but most of them had perfectly viable crit builds that are pretty much untouched.
I feel like a lot of the things that weren't assassins or korean build adcs didn't actually get changed that much, so what was strong before is probably at least viable currently.

Picking up a champion simply by virtue of them being the FotM shouldn't be a thing..
