Jayce back to the top

I mained jayce since season 2 going into 3. He is my all time favorite champ butever since the item changes and season changing, jayce fell down in my list of champions to play. Jayce was my to go champ no matter what. I do wish that jayce would get the buffs he desperately need since his item list changed and items that were essential to him also changed. My win rate with him has gone lower since the change. I wish riot would stop buffing or needing Champs that are already played.
