Trolls/Kids of draft pick

We need a fix to those that refuse to pick with their team and in their PO spot.

To many people times people feel that calling a roll gives them that role and then troll the game because they didnt get it.

Like other i end up dodge a game, rather take a lose and wait 6 mins, doing something else, than wait 20+ mins to just lose a game you can do anything besides camp in your base.

One idea i have is, if you feel that the guy is a troll or picked a role already picked than you can Have an X button on them and if 3 of the other 4 players X him the game is dodged and that player gets, sent to the back of the wait list for a game, and if it happens over and over than he can get banned.

Riot should fix this more than updating the map, or champs. At least for ranked.
