The 4.21 changes to Cas definitely improved her gameplay for me

I've been seeing alot of Cas hate lately, and was totally on that bandwagon because it was such a chore to get the stacks and waiting 45 minutes is just painful. However, since this change, I don't have to worry about losing time getting stacks if I want to roam because they will stack passively anyways. The flat 20% ms boost from Q at all ranks also makes early game trades more effective because they will generally start running back if you land Q then the ms lets you catch up and land 1-2 E's. Long story short, I've had some good games with her lately and I wont say she is completely fixed but definitely give her a shot before you continue to hate on Riot!

Oh and I have been able to get my 500 stacks between 30-40 mins where it was almost guaranteed to be 40 mins+ before
