Is Lulu still a good support pick in ranked?

At least in my experience, there's not much use in picking lulu unless you have a straight-edge tank on your team. For that late game dominance.

Her numbers are low, but she has a kit that could poke aggressively or peel very well. Her mana regen and base damage is so low tho that poking is only effective versus lanes without sustain. You may rely on auto attacks in addition to your spells for your damage to stick.

Yes she is viable as support. Her CC is very very good. Just not her laning exactly.
