@Riot Thoughts about Bard

It's been quite a while now that Bard has been released and the great commotion about how useless it felt.

I had my matches with him and I improved little by little. Last match, while being a loss, I think I really did a good job since I could aim properly my ultimate, stun enemies at the right time and have a proper laning phase. My impression is still that he will be not decisive as a character unless he has 4 good ppl backing him, this is both good and bad design. It's good because that's how Team Games and Supports should work in general. It's bad though, because he is the only character in this game working like this and thus he suffers a lot outside of premades.

Now this was my vision of the matter. I'm asking you (Riot) what yours is, if you have plans for him of any sort, if you think his gameplay is healthy for the community and for the player himself (It can be really frustrating to get all the flashy plays right and still seeing your team nullified because all you did was delaying their failure).
