Current Issues with Troll's in Que! Possible solution!

So I was in character select when one of our teammates banned another's hovered champ. That player went crazy over it! They swore up and down that they where going to troll and guarantee that we would lose this game. As soon as the player started saying that, the jungler who did the ban decided he would do the same thing. This was during a ranked game champ select as well! Who has the time to be a pain and ruin ranked games at this time when people are trying to get to gold for the free skin and boarder!? So the two trolls decided to go Teemo top, which I'm completely fine with, but the jungler troll went Blitzcrank! I had enough by that time and decided to just dodge the game instead of have the 20 minutes of pain and irritation. While waiting the five minutes to go back into que, I starting thinking about how we could possibly combat this issue. So let me know what ya'll think and maybe we can get this issue fixed, cause I'm tired of these trolls.....

So just like how ARAM work, there is a button that you can click that allows you to 'report' a player as troll/issue while in champ select. Now you can only use this so many times a day and there has to be at least 3 people who click on it for it to kick that player. Only issue is that this would only be able to work for solo/duo que's. Any que's that are allowing 3-4 would possible mess it up. This would also only apply to ranked, cause not many people care about normal.

So let me know what ya'll think! I'm just honestly tired of having to deal with trolls in my ranked games! :D
