MMR redo bronze 5 for life

it seems as though i'm stuck in bronze 5 no matter how good i do. I went 4-6 in promos by no means should you end up in the worst league with that. I get constant AFK's or people not knowing how to play roles when i clearly know whats going on. Its beyond frustrating and I know a lot of others feel my pain. Going 20-4-10 and still losing cause your team is all negative and lost lane is not fun. Is there a way MMR could be based on your kills / creep kills / and tower pushing abilities not just because your team lost you should lose MMR. doesnt seem to be to fair. any way to change this?

if ranked was based off kda, someone could just play soraka, get to level 6 and then afk and only use ult to get assists. that way, they lose game, have good kda, but go up in rank. KDA doesn't determine how good you are. if you are that fed, you should be able to win the game, and if you don't, you still need to learn what to do since you aren't using your lead.
