Snowdown Lag (Help needed!)

I dont know why, but ever since the recent snowdown update, the client as well as the game itself have been extreamly laggy. I know that the game runs very smoothly on the computer that I use, and I'll even have great ping (around 35), and yet my fps stays at around 5!! I have put the graphics settings to their lowest, and I still experience just as much lag. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have a solution!?!

Same, i used to have 100 something fps before minion spawn, and then around 70 when the first wave hits, now i've been having 60 before and 45 during. then drops to 20 or something when im' 1V1ing someone and some spells choose to not work...
