Is it time for a Sejuani Update, or am I just old?!

So I have played this game for years now. Played it in beta for a day with a friend just before it's release, then played for about 6 more months before deleting the account and moving on the other games. Now league is this monster of a still great free to play game. so i recreated a account around the time of Sejuani's release in 2012. She was one of the first champs i played and stuck with for a long time. Eventually the meta characters took over and suddenly Sejuani's cooldowns seems to take too long, her armor wasn't as effective, and she couldnt solo lane against anyone with range abilities, not without a large helping hand early game anyway.

What i'm proposing: I want riot to sit down and rework some of these old tank junglers and make them competitive against the current meta. move sejs attack speed up from .67 to .82 or reduce her outrageously high cooldowns. Give her more lane sustain. People who play and learn her, love her. She's like aSsubaru. (Subaru runs on love joke) She just needs a few more tweeks to bring her up to speed. Maybe adjust cinderhulk as well to accommodate.

and another thing... her champion spotlight was made in 2012, updated a year later, then forgotten....runes items and play style change in 3 years...UPDATE!!!
