Give Ruby Sightsone a buff??

item 2045 is an item which even support wont often buy it.

Reason:

  1. You need to spend 800 for bonus hp and 1 more ward charge, support only buy it when he have full item. 2.Some support will not even buy it because they need to make sure they have enough money for item 2043

Nowadays, support need to leave 1 slot late game to have item 2043 .They dont have chance to have 6 item which reduce their survivability in the teamfight.

As a result, I suggest the following changes:
1. increase the maximum charge of wards to 6

2.give a unique passive: "upgrading" When u place a ward by your sightstone. It will show an small aura for 5 second. If the same guy put a ward by sightstone again in the aura. The first ward will disappear.Then the second ward will take 3 second to transform into a pink![item 2043](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.11.1/img/item/2043.png) .
 During transformation ,the ward will give the vision of a normal green ward.The ward which can be destroyed is visible and have 5 hp.
P.s:The transformation time is to prevent someone need to build hp to buy this for countering stealth champ hard.

3.In return to the buff,increase the upgrade cost to 1000g from 800

In conclusion, I think this can give support another choice during mid -late game for better map controll rather than an item which is luxury.

What I feel they need to do is just make SightStone a Support only item (granted i know other champ roles use it too) couple it with Exhaust, much like Smite/Machete, and branch off the regular Sightstone into various other SightStone. Make one give AP, one give Armor/Health, Movement Speed. Maybe make it so when it is at its full build you also get a Pink ward charge!

But still its usually a requirement for supports to take exhaust. I mean there are people who may take ignite, but i feel like it matches well again like with Smite/Machete! i just feel like it would help others enjoy Support more if we had an exclusive items like with junglers!

i guess you are right, plus if anything it would just make people rage more about supports not warding enough when everyone on the team should be doing it! i just feel like we could use more support exclusive items!

My proposed change.Ruby sight stone gives no bonus gold to those who destroy the wards placed by it and and provides quadruple the gold to those who destroy wards with it equipped

There was recently a red post about why they don't do much for red sightstone, basically boiling down to: If it becomes necessary to upgrade, it will delay supports from buying their other (support-fantasy) items.

Honestly, I really think they should give sightstones the jungle enchant treatment and give options for Sightstones since not all supports benefit as much from HP as others (Zyra/Nami/Soraka/etc. would much prefer AP or cooldown over HP since they don't get nearly as much benefit as say Thresh, Leona, Nautilus, etc.) and then also make it so wards can recharge while roaming.
