Idea to balance lane Cinderhulk
So, what if in order to acquire the full effect of Cinderhulk (namely the HP boost), you need to kill X amount of jungle camps in order for it to activate? Similar to Feral Flare, this would nullify laners ever getting CH (unless the game treads on for a very long time), and tanky junglers can still have access to the immolate effect to assist their clears as intended.
