Idea to balance lane Cinderhulk

So, what if in order to acquire the full effect of Cinderhulk (namely the HP boost), you need to kill X amount of jungle camps in order for it to activate? Similar to Feral Flare, this would nullify laners ever getting CH (unless the game treads on for a very long time), and tanky junglers can still have access to the immolate effect to assist their clears as intended.

Thoughts?

Depends on how many camps.. because tanky junglers don't have very fast clear speed . I like the idea

I think this could prove a bit problematic.I mean if the number of jungle camps you need to kill is low,then you might want to get 1 or 2 camps of your jungler just for the effect,but if it is too high,then that would be a big problem for the tank junglers again.

What if it simply dealt reduced damage to minions(and maybe even to champions),but still full damage to jungle monsters?

Well, people obviously didn't like my idea of nerfing cinderhulk. But still, riot needs to make a change so that laners don't take smite just so they can benefit from the cinderhulk item.
