Why is aram being negative?

8 out of 10 aram games in the past month are usually comprised of toxic feeding teammates on my team with a sub par comp. while the other team seems like they've been on discord for 8 hours with this superior comp. what is going on?

Idk about you guys, but it really seems that every game mode's been a lot more toxic in the last year. I can't even go a winning match without someone freaking out and spamming the surrender vote.
