Is Riot going to leave Ornn in the mud?

After they took away his unstoppable buff, its an understatement to say he's under performing. As a Sion main I was extremely excited to pick up Ornn because he matches my play style well, but it seems like they left Ornn in the dirt, and they have no plan to bring him back to the point where he's at least a decent pick.

Lower the cost on his w by 5, give back the unstoppable, and make the w have 20 second at rank 1 and 10 seconds at max rank.
