When nerfs destroy a champ

Hey Riot, For the most part i feel that nerfs and buffs that you give are some what up to par and provide their own uniqueness to any given champ. Most of the time these things have good reasons, such as not enough play rate, or something that is too op. Generally these changes are still within reason without changing the champion too much. HOWEVER, in Anivia's case in 6.23, I think that you have gone too far. You basically took a pretty low play rated champion across the board and made her almost useless. You basically took the burst out of a burst champion. Way to go! As someone who mains her, when you guys originally nerfed her a few patches ago, I was like "Why?" I soon realized that it was probably time for it as her damage was pretty high. THat nerf to her E was significant enough to not allow her to snowball as easily without getting kills, and trades were more effective for the opponent. But then you had to do 6.23. You basically stripped her of any dueling power, burst, and any sort of laning. That is not what a mid laner is supposed to be. Seriously, for a champ that is a pocket pick for most, and with a low play rate beforehand, you basically just killed her. So thank you Riot for making this champ go from high tier mid laner to the shit show that is underneath the likes of Taliyah and Azir.

Still sitting at a 52% winrate and pretty decent pick rate. Winrate went down about 0.75% from last patch.

Her upper end winrate among the most experienced players is still among the best in the game. Time to git gud, I think.
