Sion Suggestion
It's pretty easy to miss Sion's ult, especially when a lot of the champs have jumps or dashes.
When Sion reactivates his ult, he does a leap before he really stops. Let us flash during that time like J4's EQ, or Vi's Q.

I think this is a perfect buff for his ult. It gives his ult just the slightest bit more reliability, but introduces a meaningful tradeoff: burning your flash.
He just needs more of a result when he lands his ult. It doesn't do much damage considering how difficult it is to land. Sion with a couple AD items should be able to W+R+Q+E+ignite and 100% any squishy. Currently that whole thing does maybe half their hp.
