Hey there, I want to learn about building builds specially in differences scenarios. But I don't even know what every stat means?
Is there any website holding information about what ever stat do and what he counters, like if I am facing AP, what stat would counter it? Magic Resist? etc..

, you need to hard counter them.
But yes aside of that, there aren't truly any secret, you just gotta play and learn it the hard way. If you try to follow a guide step by step without truly understanding why you're building this, it might be too much informations to memorize and you'll end up either building always the same item and not trying to adapt, or just totally get confused by what you're currently building.
Wilyum2 votesGenerally, AD is countered by Armor Armor is countered by lethality AP is countered by Magic Resist Magic Resist is countered by Magic Penetration True damage, Lethality, and Magic Pen. are theoretically countered by HP items. Generally, if a mage does damage over time you want adaptive helm (ex Malzahar or Teemo are weak into Adaptive Helm), Burst champs you want to just stack as much health and armor or MR as you can. Anyone who has percent health damage you want to stack resistance to the type of damage, they are AD bursty stack armor, etc.
There are several websites that go into the specifics of how lethality and magic pen. work against armor and MR just google some stuff.
DuskDaUmbreon2 votesMR is usually the defensive stat most effective versus AP, yes. However, you have to note that not all AP gives magic damage, and not all AD gives physical damage. Corki, as a prime example of this, converts 90% of his damage on autos into magic damage
Alzon2 votesIf you want to learn when to build what item, spam out your best champ in norms with all sorts of wacky builds. Spend time outside of game thinking of stuff you want to try, then do it. Eventually you’ll get a feel for which items are optimal in which situations.
