PBE Rammus Changes Miss the Mark

Good Evening Riot, As a Rammus main and have been for three seasons I feel as though the changes you are making to my favourite champion miss the mark for the following reasons. To avoid TL:DR I will use bullets.

• E - Taunt - This skill is essential to Rammus's kit and while I agree you want to change it and remove the armor reduction which I'm fine with, I disagree with giving Rammus an Attack Speed (AS) steroid. The reason being is that's not core to Rammus's identity. He isn't meant to auto-attack (AA) he is meant to soak damage and use thorns to hurt enemies. An AA steroid on him just doesn't fit with the items he normally builds. If you really insist on changing this do something other than an AA steroid.

• W - Defensive Ball Curl - I'm fine with these changes except slowing his movement. A 60% slow is punishing for the following reasons

1. That is used to increase your damage while jungling, especially killing scuttler, which will be harder to keep up with. An exception should be made when in river or attacking scuttler to deal with that
2. This is often activated to increase damage in a fight. It makes it difficult now to stick to a champion for the duration of a fight, especially in a gank
3. This is also used when escaping and now can no longer be used when you are running away as you will end up caught by pursuing champions. This is compounded by the nerf to Rammus's Q

• Q - Powerball - I can understand the nerf and treating it as a channeled ability but this further compounds escaping problems. He isn't a high damage champion. If a fight goes wrong he really doesn't have much to get out. He is a go in and we win and kill or go in and barely escape with your life. I don't like this change at all. Could you clarify which crowd control effects will interrupt the Q. Also how will it interact with Warwick's ult. In the past it would cancel the ult if you got ulted on.

• R - Tremors - extra damage to structures is unneeded, different buff would be better. He eats towers late game.
