The problem isn't numbers in damage the problem is that everytimeyou get to lane Ryze ults and then cc chains you before you can even run away. the CDR is ridiculous and after he gets tear and catalyst he doesn't really have any mana issues.
PLEASE reduce the Cooldowns of his passive, Ult, or do something that makes him be BALANCED.

A Small Dog1 votesTo be honest he does seems a little out of control. Kudos to people getting good on a champion, but I've seen quite a few Ryze players enter a 1v4, while behind, kill three of them and have more than enough health to help kill the last one once a team mate has arrived.
His mid-late game is extremely terrifying and he doesn't even need to do the Nasus thing because he stacks just by spamming, and gets CDR by spamming, and gets more mana for spamming, by spamming lol. It's kinda crazy, he has the burst of an assassin but the tankyness of, well a tank.
