Why is it?

Why do i have to play 100x better then my team, then have to play 100x better then the enemy team and still lose. I'm having to 1vs9 game's because these players that i'm matched with might as well be bots. I'm done with this bullshit climb, nearly ever game given a few, unless i'm feed to olbivion we're not winning its stupid, i'm getting sick and tired of trying to carry these lesser players, who can't do the basics.
