Team mates are some kind of "Bots"?

So I occasionaly play against intermediate bots just to practice sometimes, And in 80% cases half and sometimes the whole team are some kind of bots?

They all just go mid, go straight for the turret, and only keep feeding enemy bots? Most of the cases it ends up being 2v5/1v5, I could 1v5 against the bots, but when they have 20-30kills in like the 10th-15th minute of the game its impossible.

What's up with that?
