So why hasn't YASUO been Nerf-ed yet?

So, can someone explain to me why this champion has not been nerfed yet? Everyone's argument is that he is fun and provides a unique game style.......Only reason he is fun is because he has no mana to manage so he can just spam his abilities, over, over and over again. Owe and lets not forget the "free" shield that can absorb 50-75% of his HP, that also costs nothing to gain or use. its a passive ability, someone provide a legit counter-argument that would logically show how this champion has not been nerf-batted into oblivion yet.

Yas is by far NOT balanced. I'll admit when i fuck up and lose because of superior skill on the opponents side. If i outlane the person and have 2 kills on his jungler and he has NO kills and he can still easily kill me 1v1 when im playing say ekko or even as riven? thats not superior skill thats a broken champ. Yas has almost no cd even in early game. he can easily spam his q to clear lane and hit you as well, his shield blocks an insane amount of dmg and because its a passive he has it almost all the time. this doesnt even take into account the fact that he has a wall that blocks a large majority of stuns, roots and slows in the game. He also becomes insanely hard to hit with your own abilities that arnt blocked because of his mobility and speed. lets put that all aside and look at some other things. his q gets cd reduction from attack speed ( thats broken as fuck btw) he crits constantly (even with the loss of most of the crit dmg thats broken) his ulty has one, if not THE lowest cd in game and its a cc ult ( again broken). So we have a champ that crits nearly constantly, has 3 dashes all with dmg and a knockup in the combo, which can be used every 4-5 seconds, a wall that blocks all projectiles and a low cd mid lvl dmg ult that does cc....and lets not forget that all of those abilities can hit multiple targets. If you can read all of that and come up with a counter argument as to how this is not a broken champ ill eat my high heels...because you CANT. Its not possible, unless you happen to be a yas loving deluded shit. Playing better than other people and playing a broken champ are two different things. I have zero respect for people that play yas and then try and pretend their good. No it wasnt your skill, its the champ. He is literally in the top 2 of the easiest and most bs champs to use.

I agree, this champ has been out how many years now? 4 years?

It's 2018, why hasn't Riot nerf Brokesuo yet?

Yasuo pros:

  1. Doesn't use mana/infinite mana with low cool down spells.
  2. Two passives, free Janna shield and double crit.
  3. Low cool down Q poke, fast long range AOE tornado stun knockup, can be used as gap closer and escape tool.
  4. Wind wall, blocks 90% of attacks, stuns, roots, spells in the game.
  5. Infinite dashes on low cool down where as 99% of other champs only gets 1 dash. Gap closer and/or escape tool.
  6. AOE stun burst damage and gap closer with 15 seconds of armor penetration.

Yasuo cons:

  1. Melee kinda melee.
  2. Squishy not. The free Janna barrier makes him feel like hitting an Amumu.
  3. None.

Changes to make Yasuo killable & fair:

  1. Change to use mana so he can't keep spamming his spells without repercussion.
  2. One passive (just like 99% of other champions), either free Janna shield or double crit.
  3. Wind wall should behave like Sivir's barrier, only blocks the first spell then ends.
  4. One dash (just like 99% of other champions). If he misused his dash, he can be punished for it.

At the moment, this champion is way too forgiving even if you make a mistake with him.

He has mobility of an assassin, tankiness of a bruiser, damage of an adc and AOE crowd controlling spells of a support. Four roles rolled into one champion...that doesn't use mana with very low cool downs.

Leblanc is a very good example of a high skill cap champ with high damage but still remain killable.

Come on Riot, it's 2018. Nerf Brokesuo according to the above list already to make him fair and killable, it's way overdue.

A good portion of League players play Yasuo.

The last time Yasuo was disabled it took forever just to get into champ select because all of those Yasuo players didn't even want to hop on because they couldn't play their champ and correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Riot even half assed the fix just so people would start playing again.

If Yasuo gets nerfed I'd imagine a good majority of those players would kick and scream until he got overbuffed.

I've been wondering this also. He doesn't even need to be fed to carry. It's a little ridiculous. They are too busy reworking champions that didn't need a rework like Irelia to fix champions that are already broken. I love when people who play Yasuo claim to be pros. Same with Yi. I play Yi for the first time and got kills with him on an alt account that is unimaginable. Maybe 15/2? Just a Q and you can win easily.

i do not play yas as he is a easy champ in my opinion whenever i played him for free... but while when he is ahead he is hard to beat, its easy to play around him in the begining... not as the laner against him but as a jungler or an adc., you can not get caught in his dash range though, also this is just my experience and for me he is easy to battle, not all people will feel the same

To be fair, Yasuo is bad right now when there are things such as control mages, cho+mao+sej etc. that are very much in meta right now. Oh also, there's coordination. He's just easy to play in low elo because people don't know how to deal with him. Also, if a mage knows and understands that when Yasuo hits level 2, they have to back the heck away then Yasuo won't have the kill to snowball out of control. If they continue to play smart it's pretty easy.

Yasou did receive nerfs. And is in a shitty balanced place ATM. Hate the guy but he isn't as overbearing as he once was. Maybe you just don't know how to fight him

TehNACHO10/29/2017, 1:41:10 AM2 votes

he can just spam his abilities, over, over and over again

If a Yasuo actually does this, he's vulnerable and easy to kill with the least amount of coordinaiton with your Jungler

Owe and lets not forget the "free" shield that can absorb 50-75% of his HP

You should really be a vacuum salesman.

... The fuck?

If they got rid of yasuo and balanced him, I wouldnt be able to call him a main anymore. For the sake of my account, I really think yasuo should not be nerfed or tweaked.summoner 4

IMO he is over the top in late game because he can 1v5 sometimes, especially with the new ad items he is a bit weaker early but too strong late game, this is just my subjective feeling about him so I might be wrong.

Unfortunately I read he will be buffed :( wtf

Yasuo is kind of like a melee ADC , a lot of his damage comes from auto-attacks, but he is also very squishy like one too. If he doesn't get fed he won't be much of a problem. The best way to counter him is to pick champs with high burst like Akali or Fizz, or pick a mage that has aoe and target spells like Malz.
