Illaoi, the Hawaiian Pain

Not only do I just plain old despise Illaoi kinda like I did launch Azir (and all of the bugs which I still see being fixed in patch notes), I've seen way too much of her for my own taste. Thankfully, however, I never ran into things like Relic Shield Illaoi executing the clone from her E in my games, I was only aware of this once the patch notes brought it to light. HOWEVER, I almost never see an Illaoi actually land E under tower. Yesterday, one landed an E under an inhib tower, and it was almost instantly terminated. Rare bug, or consistent misbehavior?
