Was away for a while. Whatever happened to TeamBuilder?

Is Blind Pick the only way to do non-draft now? Back to calling lanes and praying? I've been away for quite a while and I'm trying to figure out how to get back in. Insta-lock makes blind pick pretty bad.

Unfortunately it is. Riot also plans to delete draft pick and make it blind pick normal and draft pick ranked only.
